Functions and Activities

The Students Affairs Division is to perform the following functions:

1. Maintenance of Students Index folder showing the students records of curricular and co-curricular activities.
2. Orientation programs for the newly admitted students of the University.
3. Organization and administration of student’s personal programs.
4. Conduct the elections of the Bangladesh Agricultural University Central Student Union (BAUCSU) and Hall students Union.
5. Issuance of Students Identity card.
6. To run the overall administration of the University Rover Scout Screw, BNCC, Badhon (Voluntary Blood donation organization), Rotaract etc.
7. To perform all establishment affairs of the Division.
8. To conduct the research work about the student's affairs.
9. To organize and manage the student’s placement services.
10. To organize and manage the Earn & Learn programs.
11. To advise the Vice-Chancellor with regard to various curricular and co-curricular activities of students BAUCSU, as and when asked for.
12. Coordination with the following functions:
13. Health Services
14. Residence and Discipline
15. Students Admission
16. Students financial aid
17. Games and Sports
18. Student’s welfare services etc.
19. Any other function and duties as and when assigned by the Vice-Chancellor and appropriate authorities
